The children of Memphis/Shelby County need us to help them learn to read. Only 24% of our third graders are reading proficiently. Thirty-eight elementary schools have requested help. Would you please designate someone from your office to attend the informational meeting next Thursday at Bartlett Baptist Church? We will be meeting from 10:00-11:30.
