How is your church prepared to help?

How should Christians respond to the current crisis in Afghanistan? What does life look like going forward for believers in the country that was already noted as the second-hardest country in the world to follow Jesus, according to the 2021 Open Doors’ World Watch List?

TAB Media’s Jennifer Davis Rash talks with Dr. Mark Morris, director of Refugee Memphis which is part of a new Send Relief center in the area, and Pastor David Paiman, a Southern Baptist church planter for the Afghan community, about the concerns.

Paiman serves as pastor of Afghan Church of Memphis and as a church planter with Midsouth Baptist Association. Morris also serves as director of urban theological studies at Union University’s Memphis College of Urban and Theological Studies.
