THE POSITION
Full-time Student Pastor that will be hands on with 6-12th grade students and administrate the College Ministry
THEOLOGICAL BELIEFS
Bartlett Hills is searching for a Student Pastor who believes the Bible is true without any mixture of error and that the Bible is our ultimate and authoritative guide. He would also agree to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
PERSONAL SPIRITUAL LIFE
Our Student Pastor must genuinely love the Lord, passionately live for Jesus, and be led by the Holy Spirit. Daily time in the Word and frequently sharing the gospel is expected.
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
We are looking for a positive, team-oriented, team-builder, who is low drama, high-energy and highly relational with people of all ages. One who is teachable, growing, detail-oriented, and creative.
MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY
Bartlett Hills is praying for the Lord to send a Student Pastor whose ministry philosophy is centered around Jesus and built on Scripture. The end result of this ministry philosophy is to reach lost students, make disciples, and equip students for ministry. A ministry philosophy that results in high visibility on school campuses, online and in the community that effectively reaches students is a must.
