Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church is a community of loving believers that is looking for a bi-vocational pastor who will shepherd believers to worship God, love one another, reach the lost, give to the Kingdom, and take care of the poor. The candidate will agree with the tenants set forth in the SBC Faith and Message of 2000. The position is bi-vocational with salary plus a parsonage.

Position Qualifications:

• The Senior Pastor must be qualified to serve based on 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
• The Senior Pastor must be ordained by a SBC church or be qualified to be ordained by a SBC church.
• The Senior Pastor must be a student of the Word and able to preach the Word- not only explanation but application.
• The Senior Pastor maintains a vital and wholesome personal relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer.
• The Senior Pastor must be a shepherd.
