• 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Check-in at your hub location
• 8:30 a.m. Welcome, morning devotion, instructions for the day, and prayer time
• 9:00 a.m. Dismissal from hub/travel to project site
• 9:15 a.m. Morning briefing at project site/project work begins
• 12:00 p.m. Lunch (at project site)
• 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Project work
• 4:00 p.m. Debriefing at project site/pack up for return to hub
• 5:15 p.m. Dinner and Rally
• 7:15 p.m. Depart for home, hotel or host church

Saturday, February 26th

• 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. Check-in at your hub location
• 8:30 a.m. Welcome, morning devotion, instructions for the day, and prayer time
• 9:00 a.m. Dismissal from hub/travel to project site
• 9:15 a.m. Morning briefing at project site/project work begins
• 12:00 p.m. Lunch (at project site)
• 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Project work
• 4:00 p.m. Debriefing at project site/pack up for return to your hub location
• 5:00 p.m. Dinner (on your own)

The schedule for the Send Relief Serve Tour will differ for each group, depending on the needs of each specific ministry project. Some ministry projects will begin work on Thursday or Friday, while other ministry projects will have ministry assignments just for Saturday.
